TogoImputation
We have developed TogoImputation under commission from Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS), Inter-University Research Institute Corporation Research Organization of Information and Systems (ROIS). TogoImputation is a service designed to support imputation analysis of SNP array data. Similar services are available overseas, such as the web platforms provided by the University of Michigan and the TOPMed project. However, using those services requires uploading genome data (SNP array data) to servers located outside Japan.
Therefore, we developed TogoImputation as a Japan-based imputation service that is easily accessible to Japanese researchers. The system is currently available in the Personal Genome Analysis Division of the supercomputer system at the National Institute of Genetics (NIG).
