Genome Analytics Japan Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is dedicated to providing system development and consulting services related to genome data analysis. To achieve this goal, we are committed to protecting our information assets from all threats and earning the trust of all stakeholders. Therefore, we have established an information security policy and declare our commitment to implementing safe and appropriate information security measures.

1. The Company will establish an internal system for information security, allocate necessary resources, and work on the development and implementation of regulations.
2. The Company will identify all information assets handled internally, perform risk assessments, and implement necessary safety management measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
3. The Company will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other social norms (including ISO27001), as well as contractual obligations related to the handling of information assets.
4. The Company will provide regular training to all executives, employees, and other users of information assets, ensuring widespread awareness and understanding of this policy.
5. The Company will work to prevent information security issues, and in the event of a problem, respond swiftly and work to prevent recurrence.
6. The Company will operate a management system necessary for the implementation of this information security policy and strive for continuous improvement.
